Technical documentation
For companies with their own manufacturing capacity, we also offer sale of technical documentation — workshop drawings, assembly drawings, technical specifications and assembly and operating instructions. Documentation is prepared in accordance with industrial standards and enables you to independently manufacture or upgrade the solutions shown.

Process filter
The process filter F50, F80, F120 is designed for continuous filtration of media (suspensions) with automatic backwashing. Advantages:
- simple installation and operation,
- possibility of parallel installation (filter assemblies),
- minimal working volume,
- filter mesh size from 50 μm,
- constant pressure differential,
- automatic backwashing,
- low operating costs.
Sample valve
The sample valve VZ40 is designed for taking samples of suspensions from pipes. Its advantages include:
- easy operation,
- robust construction,
- simple installation,
- easy cleaning,
- low maintenance costs.
Horizontal press
The press is designed for pressing or inserting workpieces in a horizontal direction. A servo motor is used for the pressing drive and a lead screw for the transmission.
The control system allows setting of technical parameters:
- nominal pressure,
- insertion depth,
- pressing force (force measurement resolution: 2 N),
- data archiving.
Pneumatic press
For production requirements, we manufacture custom pneumatic presses and guillotines adapted to the application and installation location (existing lines etc.).
Cord coating machine
The machine is designed for coating cord with adhesive and winding onto a reel. It consists of a frame on which the following assemblies are mounted:
- unwinding system,
- coating chamber (EX zone),
- drying chamber (EX zone),
- winding system.
All electric motor drives and sensors are mounted outside the coating and drying chambers and are not of EX design.
Gasket, strip and cord groove insertion machine
The machine is designed for automatic insertion of sealing cord into grooves. It consists of:
- feeding device carrier with unwinding section,
- feeding device with automation.
Machine operation is automatic and enables:
- detection of groove start and end,
- adhesive application into the groove (option),
- dynamic speed control of gasket feeding.
Gasket, strip and cord cutting machine
The cord cutting machine is designed for cutting cord to a pre-set length. Various blade types can be fitted (rotary, fixed, heated).
The feed drive is with an electric motor drive or pneumatic cylinder.
Tape bonding to panel edge
The machine is designed for bonding tape to the edge of a panel. It is a standalone unit with the following systems:
- unwinding system for the base tape,
- system for unwinding the protective tape from the base tape,
- system for unwinding the adhesive tape (1 set),
- pressure arm.
Doctor blade washer
The device is intended for cleaning and washing doctor blade with high pressure of 500bar.
The doctor blade lie in the washing chamber bed. Cleaning of the doctor blade is automatic according to a previously set/selected program.
Pneumatic press — oil seal insertion
a pneumatic press adapted for installation on a conveyor belt with a tool for pressing seal rings.
Electric cable winder
The winder is designed for winding cables and allows:
- setting the number of turns,
- setting the winding speed.
O-type assembly line with automatic pallet buffer
The assembly line with buffer is adapted for use with any pallet shape. Pallet movement is by gravity chute, with stopping at workstations by stoppers — pneumatic cylinders. The assembly line allows flexible workstation positioning and the ability to transport pallets through processing equipment.
Floor transport track
The floor transport track is designed for transporting paper rolls using trolleys. The track is built from rails in a steel frame, embedded in the production hall floor (±0.0). Transport trolleys with a bearing surface adapted for paper rolls are placed on the rails. The trolley drive to position is manual or by electric motor drive.
Linear XYZ and Cartesian XYZ robot for heavier loads 30+ kg
The design allows transfer of heavier loads with high positioning accuracy and at higher speeds. The standard XZ or XYZ axis configuration can be additionally equipped with two further axes. The system is highly adaptable and was developed as a robotic line for integration into an existing production process.
Grippers
For workpiece gripping on our manipulators and Cartesian robots, we design internal and external grippers (pneumatic or electric gripper movement).
Cooling tunnel
The cooling tunnel is designed for continuous cooling of workpieces. Workpieces are placed on pallets which are transported through the tunnel.
The cooling tunnel consists of:
- base frame with integrated conveyor, drive and electronics,
- cooling tunnel,
- condenser (remote unit).
The advantage of the system lies in its adaptability to the shape of the pallet conveyor and the possibility of installing multiple cooling chambers (cooling at different temperatures). This allows straightforward integration of further equipment for automatic processing.
Hydraulic press
The press design allows integration into a production line where pallets with workpieces pass through the press. It is a four-column hydraulic press with a pressing and holding cylinder that allows uniform and controlled pressing.
The control system allows setting of operating modes (automatic, step-by-step and service) and monitoring of measured parameters:
- pressing force measurement,
- pressing cylinder stroke measurement,
- movement speed monitoring (time),
- data storage and forwarding to the system.
Glass transport line
The glass transport line was designed for the production of acrylic sheets. The line enables automatic preparation of glass for assembling molds and pouring acrylic mass into the mold and dismantling the molds and sorting.
The line consists of:
- a manipulator for placing glass from the warehouse and a tilting table for transporting glass to the washer,
- transport tables with various drives and devices (longitudinal movement, longitudinal and transverse movement, glass turning, tilting,
- a manipulator for transporting glass to the warehouse.
Conveyor belt scraper
The belt scraper is a system of three scrapers mounted on support brackets attached to the belt frame. Each individual scraper body is made from standard steel section, mounted on spherical bearings on the support bracket. The scraper blade (material and shape adapted to the application) is bolted to each scraper body.
Heating table
The heating table is designed for line heating of acrylic sheets for bending. The heating device consists of:
- support frame (any width),
- adjustable backstop with pneumatic clamps,
- electric heaters (bottom and top), adjustable in height, max. heater temperature 300 °C.
Loading platform
The platform is designed for automatic loading of goods onto a lorry.
Goods are pre-loaded onto the platform, which is then transported to a pre-positioned lorry.
Test stand for measuring forklift roll clamp pressure
The test stand for measuring forklift roll clamp pressure is designed for measuring the force of hydraulic clamps mounted on a forklift for gripping and handling paper rolls. Testing/measurement is carried out by squeezing the blades onto the measuring device, thereby compressing the hydraulic cylinder, and reading the clamping force from the gauge. Measuring range: 1.5 – 160 kN.
Polymer strip welder
The welder is a device for joining polymer strips with a maximum cross-section of 110 × 270 mm. It consists of a support frame on which two moving tables with a heater are mounted. The moving tables travel on linear guides by means of a pneumatic cylinder. Each table has a clamp for holding the strip. The length of each moving table is 1000 mm. The heater is mounted on guides and moved by a pneumatic cylinder. An extraction hood for hot air is mounted above the machine.
PCB programming and testing line
The PCB programming and testing line consists of:
- panel buffer with feeder,
- conveyor belt for receiving and transporting circuit boards,
- SCARA robot for placing circuit boards into the programming and testing device,
- automatic programming device,
- automatic testing device,
- tested board buffer.
The programming/testing device consists of a panel support plate with clamping mechanism (pneumatic clamping cylinders) and a connection mechanism with contacts for connector engagement. Connector engagement is by pneumatic cylinder; raising and lowering is by two pneumatic cylinders. A QR code reader is mounted on the connection mechanism. The support plate with clamping mechanism is mounted on a positioning table (X–Y axis) for positioning individual circuit boards.
Unwinding system with automatic web threading
The unwinding system is designed for simultaneously unwinding 5 paper webs and consists of the following assemblies:
- 5 adjustable unwinding units, each with 2 unwinding positions,
- floor track for placing the paper roll at the unwinding position,
- automatic web threading system.
Unwinding unit:
- support frame with guides and drive for clamping positions (vertical movement, electric motor drive),
- safety clamping chucks for holding the expansion shaft,
- roll guide system for the paper web,
- backstop for manual web splicing,
- floor table for setting the roll position on the expansion shaft.
Floor track
Floor tracks with trolleys are provided for transporting paper rolls to the unwinding positions. The floor track is built from rails in a steel frame, embedded in the production hall floor (±0.0). Transport trolleys with a bearing surface adapted for paper rolls are placed on the rails. The trolley drive is manual or electric.
Web threading system to the roll or next workstation.
The system consists of a chain with sprockets mounted on the roll or conveyor shafts, transport rolls and guide rolls. The system is driven by an electric motor drive. A clamping bar with web holders is attached to the chains, while the conveyors are fitted with an automatic gripper opening system.
Roll unwinder
The roll unwinder is designed for unwinding paper rolls and can be adapted to specific requirements.
Unwinders can also include:
- various clamping systems: expansion shafts or expansion chucks (mechanical, pneumatic),
- automatic brake force control,
- automatic web splicing,
- automatic web threading systems,
- transport solutions: floor conveyors (manual or motor-driven) and floor tables.
